1. Ajwain Tea

- Ajwain seeds
- Water
What to do
Simmer it in water for about 8 to 10 minutes. Turn off the heater and strain off the liquid. Cool it slightly and your ajwain tea is ready.
2. Soaking ajwain seeds overnight
Put and soak teaspoon of ajwain seeds in a glass of water overnight. Bring the water to warm it, strain and drink up.
3. Adding pudina to ajwain water
You need to roast the ajwain seeds in a pan on a low to medium flame. Add water and pudina leaves, then heat on a low to medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes. Then slowly you’ll begin to smell the sweet smell of ajwain and udina. Now switch off the stove, strain it and drink up.
4. Adding ajwain to lemon juice
Freshly squeeze the lemon juice and keep it aside.
Boil ajwain in a little water. Let the water turn brown. Cool it slightly and add the juice and drink it.
5. A dash of ginger with ajwain water
